OnTheWay — Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Our Commitment

OnTheWay is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

Age Restrictions

OnTheWay is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be immediately terminated and all associated data will be deleted.

Content Moderation

We employ the following measures to prevent CSAE content on our platform:

User-generated content (reviews, profile information) is subject to content moderation filters.
Profile photos are monitored for inappropriate content.
Users can report inappropriate content or behavior directly within the app.
Reported content is reviewed and actioned promptly.

Reporting and Enforcement

If any CSAE content or behavior is identified on our platform, we will:

Immediately remove the content and disable the offending account.
Report the incident to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline.
Cooperate fully with law enforcement authorities.
Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
